The matter was amicably settled. The statement of Sh. Ashish Kumar Authorized Representative for opposite parties recorded to the effect that they are ready to make the payment deposited by the complainant to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- within 45 days from today.

On this, Sh. Dhiraj Kumar Counsel for complainant has stated that he agreed to the same and requested to dispose of the matter accordingly.

Since the matter has been amicably settled. Therefore, the present complaint stands disposed of. The opposite parties are directed to pay Rs. 50,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today, failing which the complainant is entitled to interest @ 12% per annum. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
