The matter has been amicably settled. Sh. Ashish Kumar Authorized Representative of opposite parties suffered a statement on 18.12.2015 that the opposite parties are ready to make the payment deposited by the complainant i.e. Rs. 10,000/- within 45 days.

On hearing this statement, Ld. Counsel for complainant Sh. Dhiraj Kumar accepted the said statement of the opposite parties and agreed to the same and further stated to dispose of the matter accordingly.

In view of the statements of the parties dated 18.12.2015, the present complaint is disposed of. The opposite parties are directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- within 45 days. If the said amount is not paid within the said stipulated period of 45 days, then the complainant will be entitled interest @ 12% per annum from the expiry of 45 days till realization. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
