Present: Complainant in person. Sh. Narender Kalra, Proprietor for op in person with Sh. B.S. Gill, Advocate.            
This case is fixed for today for exploring the possibility of  compromise between the parties on the request of complainant in the “Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat. Power of attorney on behalf of op filed. Complainant has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised in between the parties for a sum of Rs.5200/- and op is ready to pay Rs.5200/- i.e. cost of stitching and cost of shirts, so he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and present complaint be disposed of accordingly.  Sh. Narender Kalra, proprietor of op also suffered a statement that he is ready to pay Rs.5200/- i.e. cost of stitching of Rs.3200/- and Rs.2000/- cost of shirt through Mega Lok Adalat and the present complaint may be disposed of accordingly. In view of the statement of parties, op is directed to pay Rs.5200/- to the complainant, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the amount of Rs.5200/- from op alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
