ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.500/- together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of the complaint till the date of the realisation. He shall further pay a cost of Rs.200/- and bear his own. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p., failing which recovery proceedings will be initiated against him on an application being made by the complainant in that behalf. Pronounced in the open court this the 29th Feb. 1992.
