ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Shri Rajesh Sharma, Counsel for the complainant, has been authorised to settle the complaint with Logix Infra Development Pvt. Ltd. (OP) and have received an amount of Rs. 26,04,918/- vide cheque no. 601229 dated 30.06.2017, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
