Ravinder Singh vs. LLOYD Electric etc.

CC No. 410 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Ravinder Singh, complainant in person.

               Mr. Manoj, Area Manager LLOYD Electric on behalf of OPs.

 

                        Mr. Manoj, Area Manager made a statement that the washing machine of the complainant has been repaired and they are ready to pay litigation expenses to the tune of Rs. 1500/- to him.

                        On the other hand, complainant made a statement that he has heard and understood the aforesaid statement and his washing machine has been repaired as per his satisfaction. He further stated that he has received a sum of Rs. 1500/- on account of harassment as well as litigation expenses and he does not want to pursue the present complaint.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
