ORDER

Complaint is allowed. O.P.1 to 3 are directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,77,500/- with interest at the rate of 14% p.a. from the date of maturity till the date of repayment. Complainant is entitled for damages of Rs.2,000/- towards mental agony and cost of Rs.500/-. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
