ORDER

Biji Enterprises Versus LLOYD Electric & Engineering etc.

CC No. 223 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Kawal Deep Singh complainant in person with counsel Sh. G.S.Reen Advocate.

Sh. Manoj Kumar, Service Incharge on behalf of Op No.1 alongwith counsel Sh. Ravish Kamboj, Advocate.

 

                        Sh. Kawal Deep Singh made a statement that the ACs installed at the premises of the complainant were checked and compressor of one AC FLC 24A has been replaced and put in working condition and new compressor of another Casette AC has been handed over to the complainant and received the old compressor. He has further stated that he is also bound to install this AC free of costs within five years from the date of purchase and will also be bound to do the service of the remaining three ACs free of costs till April, 2017.

                        On the other hand, complainant made a statement that he has heard and understood the statement made by Op No.1 and in view of the statement made by OP No.1 he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh in case, OP No.1 fails to provide proper service according to his statement and he has no objection in filing the present complaint

                        In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Both the parties are bound by their respective statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
