                        The complainant  has files a petition stating therein that both the parties have compromised their dispute out of the Forum and the petitioner wants to withdraw the case filed against the O.ps. and hence prayed to drop the case in the  interest of justice.

                        Perused the document and heard the complainant. In view of the above submission of the complainant, the complaint is hereby  withdrawn  and disposed of accordingly.  Send copy of order to the parties.
