In the light of above discussion made above and appreicating the warranty conditions/rules, the non workin of the LED because of the water entered into the panel and it amounts to misuse of the LED by the complainant. So, deficiency remains unproved and complainant not entitled any relief. So, the complaint stands dismissed. Leaving the parties to bear their own cost.
