ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. On the last two dates of hearing also neither complainant nor his counsel was present. OP No.1 could not be served as summons sent out for its service received back with the report ‘firm left without intimation’. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OP No.1, but he has not turned up to pursue the case, nor furnished fresh/correct address of OP No.1. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter any further. As none is appearing on behalf of complainant, present complaint stands dismissed in default.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
