COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

         Shri JOginder Singh Assistant has made a statement that on behalf of the Board, he has deposited a cheque no. 003759 dated 08.08.2016 for Rs. 50,000/- favouring the complainant Raj Singh and now nothing due towards the department.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made e a statement that he has received above mentioned cheque and nothing is due towards the department. So, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and thus, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

         Statement recorded separately.

         Heard.

         Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
