                   Gaurav Jain vs LIv Guard and ors

Present: Sh. Gaurav Jain, complainant in person with counsel Ms. Mamta                        Teotia.

             Sh. Rajesh Kumar, AR on behalf of OP no.1.

            OP no. 2 exparte vide order dated 8.12.23.

          Complainant appeared in person before the court and stated that today I tender affidavit Ex. CW1/A alongwith documents Ex. C-1 to Ex. C-5 and closed the same.  Hence, evidence on behalf of complainant is hereby closed.

          Sh. Rajesh Kumar, AR on behalf of Op no.1 appeared and stated that in compliance of statement dated 4.1.2024 today I bring new stabilizer before the commission.

          Sh. Gaurav Jain complainant appeared in person and stated that  I am  ready to received new stabilizer. I further stated that the stabilizer in question is retained with me on the new stabilizer may kindly be adjusted in the form of compensation and withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.

          Sh. Rajesh Kumar, AR of company given no objection for this. Heard. Keeping in view of the statement of complainant, complaint filed by the complainant is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
