                             O R D E R

          The case of the complainant is that he has deposited Rs.15,000/-, Rs.40,000/-, Rs.28,000/- and Rs.40,000/- vide receipts Nos.68982, 68984, 68985, 68986 respectively on 4/7/2007. It was assured that the amount will be doubled within 2 years.  After two years when he submitted refund application, the opposite parties told  that if the amount  deposited for some more years, he will get  large amount as profit.  By believing the words of opposite parties he withdrew the refund application.  But later when he requested the amount, the opposite parties failed to refund the same   by saying some or other reasons. Hence a lawyer notice dated 8/5/14  was issued. But no amount is returned so far.  Hence the complaint.

2.  The respondents are set exparte

3.  The complainant filed affidavit and Ext. P1 series to P4 documents.

Exhibits P1 series are the deposit receipts (4 Nos.) produced by complainant to show the deposit amount with the respondents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

5.  In the result, the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the Exts. P1 series (4 Nos.) amount with interest at the rate of  12% from the date of filing of complaint till realization with cost Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
