          On 15/5/07 the complainant had deposited Rs.40,000/- vide receipt No.26989 and another Rs.40,000/-  vide receipt No.26990 and Rs.7,000/- vide receipt No.26988 and Rs.40,000/- vide receipt No.26996.  It was promised that the double amount will be provided  on 5 years.  But no amount is returned so far.  So a lawyer notice was issued but of no remedy.  Hence the complaint.

          2. Respondents remained exparte.  The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 series to P5 documents .  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          3. In the result  the complaint is allowed  and the respondents are directed to pay the double amount of Exhibit P1 series amounts with interest at the rate of 12% per annum  from the date of deposit till realization with costs Rs.750/- within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
