ORDER

CD 39/04 is allowed directing O.p.1 and 2 to pay the balance deposit amount of Rs.21000/- with other benefits as per the direction of the company law board. CD 40/04 is allowed directing O.p.1 and 2 to pay the balance amounts which became due upto 21.11.2003 that is Rs.18000/- with other benefits as per a direction of the company law board. The last instalment will become due on 28.11.2004. CD 41/08 is allowed directing O.P.1 and 2 to pay principle amount of Rs.25000/- to the complainant along with otehr benefits as per direction of the company law board. The amount metnioned above shall be paid to the complainant within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. As O.p. has not contested the matter, there is no order regarding costs. Keep original in CD 39/04 and certified copies in CD 40/04 and 41/04. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.1 to 2 to by RPAD and to complainants under COP.
