ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to refund a sum of Rs.47,264/- and to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as compensation for unfair trade practice and Rs.1,00,000/- as deficiency in service and  inconvenience and Rs.50,000/- as cost of the complaint.

        Written version of opposite party not filed.   The complainant  counsel made endorsement that he received two cheques dated 2.2.2018 and 5.2.2018 for Rs.30,000/- and Rs.40,000/- respectively towards the settlement of claim.  Hence this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
