Order no. 02      dt. 25/06/13

Heard the complaint in person in full. We habe gone through the entire material on record.
In view of the settled principal envisaged by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as well as Hon’ble National Commission, the subject matter of the instant case cannot be entertained by this Forum since spicific relief lies elsewhere.
That being position instant complaint stands rejected.
Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the same self cause of action.
Plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
