ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner present.  Representative of  respondent Mr. Din Dayal Nayak S/o complainant/respondent is present.  The State Commission dismissed the appeal for non-prosecution.

In the interest of justice, the case is remanded back to the State Commission subject to the petitioner paying Rs. 10,000/- to the respondent/complainant directly. 

Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 19.12.2013.  The State Commission should confirm this payment made to the respondent/complainant before hearing the matter. It is also made clear that the State Commission will decide this matter speedily, as per Law.

Copy of order be given Dasti.

          The Revision Petition stands disposed of.
