            This case is posted today for hearing on the point of admission.  Neither the complainant in person nor his learned Advocate is present on repeated calls. As per the case record the complainant has also remained absence from 21.1.2016 till date. The complainant failed to perform his obligatory duty to remain present at the time of hearing as required under Rule 4 Sub Rule 8 of the Odisha Consumer Protection Rules, 1987.

            2. During the course of admission of the consumer complaint, we perused the complaint petition of the complainant and found that it is a case related to business transaction between the present consumer and the Opposite Party. In this complaint, the complainant has prayed before this Forum to direct the O.P. to refund the invested money amounting to Rs.1,50,000/- deposited with the Opposite Party which  not comes under the purview of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. In view of the above observation, the consumer complaint of the complainant is dismissed as not admitted due to devoid of any merit.

            Order is pronounced in the open Forum today on 3^rd March 2016.

            Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
