            2^nd opposite party entering appearance through Advocate Oachira Anil Kumar.  The complainant has sent a communication to this commission stating that the complainant had fallen from Sabari Express on 04.01.2023 at Kollam Railway Station and that he is completely bedridden consequent to the same.  The complainant hence states that he is unable to appear before the court and prays for permitting him to withdraw the complaint.

            In view of the above, the complaint is disposed off as withdrawn.

            No order as to costs.
