The OP/ Insurance Co Deposited Rs 218170 By Demand Draft In Favour Of Complainant  In The Execution But The Complainant Refused To Take Because It Is Not Paid With Interest From Dismissal Of Appeal From 21/10/2016 Till The Date Of Demand Draft Dt  28/8/2018.

There Is No Provision Of Imposition Of Intrest  For Further Period As Per Judgment And  Order And In Cc/53/2007 Decided On 3/11/2007 Or In Appellate  Court’s  Order,Hence In Execution The Executing Court Can’t Go Beyond Words Of Order Or Amend It.Hence There Has Been Compliance Of Judgment And Order Hence The Proceeding Is Disposed Of .The Complainant Is At Liberty Take The Demand Draft.
