                                                         ORDER

Vide order dated 21.03.2022, complainant filed bank statement showing that he did not receive the payment after maturity of his insurance policy whereas OP categorically stated that he already made the payment. Therefore, OP was directed to file complete details as to when and through which mode payment was made to the complainant in compliance of this order, counsel for OP filed affidavit stating that as per their bank account details, claim amount was deposited in account no. 5054401000027040 maintained by Ms. Shakuntala, wife of CS Dhawan maintained in Indian Overseas Bank on 30.12.2011. Thereafter Complainant again refuted receipt of amount in question. Complainant was directed to file affidavit stating that whether this account was maintained by him or not and also to file the Bank statement of the relevant period. In pursuance of the same, today complainant categorically admitted that he received the amount in the year 2011 itself. Hence the matter is dismissed as the relief claimed by the complainant does not survive in view of the admission on the part of the complaintant.
