Both parties are absent today. On perusal of the record it appears that case is going on for ex party hearing. Further it appears that  Complainant has left his case from 05/12/2015 to up till now .i.e 14/11/2017 and no evidence has been produced by the  Complainant and forum is given several directions for producing the  evidence oral or documentary  as ex-party but the Complainant filed the follow of the direction of the forum.Hence the case is here by closed for the evidence of the  Complainant.

   In absence of the evidence it is difficult to decide the case of the  Complainant it is true  or false. Hence the case is here by dismissed in absence of the evidence of the  Complainant.
