Ms. Kanchan Bala, Advocate, counsel for OPs No.1 to 3.
OP No.4 already ex parte vide order dated 22.05.2019.
Today, the case is fixed for filing power of attorney as well as evidence by the OPs No.1 to 3. Fresh memo of appearance filed by Ms. Kanchan Bala, Advocate for OPs No. l to 3. At this stage, Shri Sikander Bakshi, Advocate, counsel for the complainant, by making a separate statement, stated on the instructions of the Complainant, that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the dispute has been amicably settled with the OPs as complainant has received full and final amount in regard to the present complaint from the OPs, and, now, nothing is due against the OPs, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same, being fully satisfied on behalf of the Complainant.
Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.
A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
