Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 24.11.2020. Complainant is not appearing for past two dates of hearing i.e. 04.05.2022 and 05.04.2023. Complainant has also not complied the direction given vide order dated 05.04.2023. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
