On the request of Ld. counsel for the parties, file taken up today and today the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been amicable settled between the parties and I have received the due amount of the policy in question from the opposite party and now nothing is due towards the opposite party of the complainant regarding the matter in question. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
