Complaint presented today. Office report perused wherein Assistant Registrar of this Commission has reported that the complaint has been filed beyond two years. Counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that there is some technical defect in the complaint and he wants to file the same on some cause of action after recfying the defects in present complaint and requested for permission for filing the same and also stated that the present complaint may kindly be filed.

          In view of this statement so tendered by counsel for complainant, the present comlaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh one after rectifying the defects. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
