ORDER

     Case preponed and taken up today in the National Lok Adalat on the basis of application filed by complainant for preponing of the complaint case. An application for withdrawal of the complaint case also filed by complainant wherein permission has been sought to withdraw the present consumer complaint, as the complainant and OP arrived at an amicably settlement wherein the complainant is ready to forgo her interest & other costs & expenses incurred by her on instant litigation as the OP is ready to pay the accident rider benefit provided in the policy.

     As prayed for by the complainant, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn. It be not listed on 28.10.2021 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
