Complainant absent. O.P. represented. Learned advocate for the O.P. submitted that the complainant is absent since last several days. Heard and perused the record. It appears that the complainant is absent since long. Complaint was admitted statutorily by order dated 26.05.2022 in absence of complainant. Despite direction to file the requisites of notices to be issued to the O.Ps the same has not been complied. As such, it appears that the complainant has lost interest in pursuing this complaint. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
