                          The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been compromised between the parties. The complainant has received the amount of Rs.14,475/-  and made statement for withdrawal of the complaint being fully satisfied. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
