Orders pronounced wide separate, In the result the complaint is allowed, directing the respondent to pay Rs.1,00,000/- with interest at 12% per amount, 02-11-2009 i.e., the date of death of the deceased, till realization, pay Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, and Rs.5,000/- towards cost of the complaint, within 45 days of date of Receipt of Orders.
