                   Keeping in view the even dated statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present compliant is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, if grievance of the complainant has not redressed by the opponent No.1, as per its own assurance incorporated in para No.6(iii) last part on submission of succession certificate by the complainant party, qua succession of Naib Singh and Paramjeet Kaur, then, the complainant will be at liberty to file a fresh complaint against the opponent and in the fresh complaint, they will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate and will attach the copy of this order. No order at to costs. File be consigned to the records.
