Today is fixed for filing vokalatnama and evidence of the complainants and for further order. The complainants are present by filing hazira through his ld. Advocate. Ld. Counsel for the OP-1 & 2 and the OP-3 are found present by filing haziras respectively.
It is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the complainants that on previous date i.e. on 13.12.2017 the complainants have filed a petition stating that the death claim of the complainants have been amicably settled out of this ld. Forum between the parties and the Complainant No. 1 by way of an amicable settlement has received a cheque of Rs. 50,000=00 bearing Cheque No. 163896, dated 05.12.2017, drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Burdwan Branch on behalf of both the complainants from the OP- 1&2 towards full and final satisfaction of the entire claim of the complainants in the instant Consumer Complaint and thus the instant Consumer Complaint filed by the complainant before this Forum is required to be withdrawn and prayer is made to dispose of the instant Consumer Complaint on full satisfaction.
As the complainants by filing verified petition stating that the matter has already been amicably settled out of this Forum and they are not willing to proceed with the instant Consumer Complaint and prayer is made to dispose of the complaint, therefore, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainants should be allowed.
Hence, it

that the Consumer Complaint No. 68/2017 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction. There is no order as to costs.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
