Complainant is absent without any step. On perusal and case record and order sheet it is seen that the complainant in this case is absent before the Commission without any step since 27.11.2019. The case is pending for filing written argument of both the parties since 18.05.2018, but no party has submitted their written argument till this date. However, Ld. Advocate newly engaged by the O.P. No.1 & 3 in place of former conducting advocate (since deceased) has represented the opposite parties and prayed for adjournment for filing written argument on several occasions and all those prayers were allowed. A notice of appearance to the complainant was also issued vide order dated 03.08.2023 but the notice returned unserved showing ground as “Expired”. No family member (if any left survived) received the notice on behalf of the complainant.

Under the circumstance stated above we find no reason to proceed with the case any further and hence the case is dropped from proceeding.
