Learned counsel appearing for the parties have submitted that the matter has been settled amicably outside the court. The amount as agreed by both the parties has been paid today and the same has been received by the appellant.

     In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of on being compromised.

     Since the matter has already been settled, the original insurance policy may be released to the appellant. The District Forum will take necessary action in this regard.   

     Statutory amount deposited by the appellant shall be returned to the appellant or their authorised agent.

     Send back the original record along with a copy of this order to the District Forum.
