Advocate for Op has filed a memo by tendering a cheque for Rs.1,39,610/- to the learned counsel for the complainant and submits that Op has paid upto date interest on the amount due to the complainant and to close the complaint.  

              Advocate for complainant reports receipt of the cheque and concedes that the claim of the complainant is met and nothing remains to be paid.   Hence to close the complaint.  

              In view of the memo and+ submission made above, complaint is closed as the claim of the complainant is met.
