Order No. 03  Dt. 28.08.2007

          The record is put up today as per order No.2 dated 27.08.2007.

          Both the O.P. Nos. 1 & 2 appeared through vokalatnama and has filed an application that the matter of claim has amicably been settled between the parties and in support thereof they filed two Xerox copies showing payment of Rs.5000/- and interests Rs.159/- and claim payment voucher.

          The petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of Rs.5000/- and penal interest of Rs.159/- and therein he categorically stated that he has no grievance against the LIC.

          On perusal of both the documents it is apparent on the face of the record that the petitioner has withdrawn the amount in question.

          In view of above there would be no irregularity if the case be disposed of on the basis of the petition of the O.Ps. supported by two Xerox copies of documents.

          Hence,                                     ordered,

Malda D.F. Case No.41/2007 stands disposed of on full satisfaction.  Let copy of order be given to both parties free of cost.
