               On the basis of even dated application filed by the complainant, file taken up on today. Shri Sushil Garg, Adv. for the respondent No.1 who is present in another case titled “Madhuri Sethi Vs. M/s Ansal Housing Ltd.” is notified about this application. Complainant intends to withdraw the complaint unconditionally and statement of counsel for the complainant in this regard is recorded separately.

              Keeping in view the statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. File be consigned to records.
