Counsel for the complainant made a statement that Ops made the payment of complainant and he does not want to pursue with the present case and withdraws the same.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
