ORDER:                 

                     The Learned counsel for the Decree Holder made statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by submitting that in view of the reply and encashment certificate by the JDs, he does not pursue with the present execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In  view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
