JUDGMENT
                                                             28.10.2010

Justice Pritam Pal, President

 1.    This Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 20.8.2010 passed by the District Forum in Complaint case No.204 of 2010 whereby an application of respondent(Opposite party) for placing on record some documents by way of additional evidence was allowed.
 2.      Admittedly main complaint in which the documents are sought to be placed on file is yet to be heard on merits. As observed by the Learned District Forum, the documents to be placed on file are material for just decision of the case. Thus, taking an overall view of all facts and circumstances and matter in hand, we do not find any illegality or irregularity in the impugned order. Thus, revision petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed in limine.
 3.     However, before parting with this order it is directed that the Learned District Forum shall also give an ample opportunity to the petitioner for rebutting the evidence which has been sought to be adduced by placing on record some documents, as mentioned in the order.
Certified Copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
