Order dt.16/12/2004 The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- (which was insured by her husband) and along with 12% interest from the date of repudiation till the payment and Rs.1000/- as damages for the complainant has undergone mental agony and Rs.500/- towards the cost within three months from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member sd/- A.S.Hemaltha, Member
