Read the application and say thereon. As per the contents of the application, it appear that delay is more than 12 years but reason given that there is no repudiation and hence cause of action is continue. On the contrary, Opponent has produced the document that policy is lapse and claim not submitted thereafter question does not arise to repudiation. We heard submission in the Opponent argument. There is not sufficient reason or explanation for condone delay of 12 years and more. Hence we do not find any substance to condone delay. Hence application is rejected.
