This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 5-11-2014, in the presence of Sri K.Karunakar, Advocate for complainant and Sri L.Ramreddy, Advocate for opposite parties, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

The complainant filed compromise memo for the full and final satisfaction on settlement outside the Forum for Rs.52,000/- with regard to policy no. 684021436. Hence the CC is closed.
