This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 11-7-2014, in the presence of Sri K.Karunkar, advocate for complainant and Sri P.Ashok, Advocate for opposite parties, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

Advanced to today on petition in I.A.No. 114/2014. Joint Memo filed stating the matter is settled out of court. Sought for closure of the C.C. in Full Satisfaction. Hence C.C. is closed in Full Satisfaction.
