                   An application for release of amount was filed on 18.01.2022.

                   Report of Accountant perused as per which an amount of Rs.130940/- has been lying in the account of this Commission. Execution is restored to its original number.

                   Copy of order of Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi in revision Petition No.1093 of 2018 dated 23.01.2019 is already on file, as per which order of DCDRC, Rohtak was set aside.  .

                        In view of the above facts, Accountant is directed that amount deposited by the JD before this Commission amounting to Rs.130940/-(Rupees one lac thirty thousand nine hundred and forty only) be released through cheque in favour of JD against proper receipt.  Application stands disposed of.  Papers be attached with main file.

                        Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
