                   The record is placed before the Lok Adalat today on 05/12/2015.

                   Both parties are present with their Ld. Lawyer. After amicable settlement both parties settled the case amicably to the effect that an amount of Rs.50,000/- is to be paid by the Op-LICI to the complainant is lieu of her claim in prayer portion of complain Case no.74/2015 and accordingly they filed a joint compromise petition duly signed by the parties and their respective lawyers. Heard the parties and their Ld. Lawyer. Considered.

                  In view of such amicable settlement it is.

                                                                Ordered  

                                                                               that the complain Case no.74/2015 stands disposed of on compromise in terms of the joint petition filed by the parties. In view of the such amicable settlement Op-LICI shall pay Rs.50,000/- to the complainant within a month from this date of order.

                We make no order as to cost. Let copies of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
