Today the ld. Counsel for the Op Nos. 1, 2 & 3 deposited a cheque for an amount of Rs. 4,98,531=00 (Rs. Four lacks ninety eight thousand five hundred thirty one) only being cheque No. 361337, dated 03.10.2019 drawn on Axis Bank Limited, Durgapur-713 216 against Policy No. 998558233 towards full and final settlement of this Consumer Complaint as the matter has been amicably settled by and between the parties as full and final settlement.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant today also filed a verified petition for withdrawing the abovementioned cheque deposited by the OP Nos. 1, 2 & 3 and the complainant is personally present and files his EPIC along with self-attested photocopy of the same. After verification the original is returned to the complainant. Thereafter, the complainant received the said cheque by putting endorsement with full and final satisfaction and identified by his Ld. Advocate.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant and the complainant himself verbally submit that the present complaint be disposed of with full and final satisfaction as the complainant has received the amount as settled by and between the parties and is not willing to proceed with the case further. The prayer of the complainant is considered and allowed.
Hence, it is
O r d e r e d
that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 113/2018 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction without any cost. The case need not be put up on 26.11.2019.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
