ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Himanshu Sharma, Advocate for Complainant has stated that complainant wants to get the medically examined in order to seek the opinion of the medical board about his disability, hence at this stage, complainant may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on obtaining the medical opinion/certificate. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
